NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT OF THE NALEDI

TOWN PLANNING SCHEME, 2004, IN TERMS OF SECTION 11 OF

THE LAND USE PLANNING ORDINANCE, 1985 (ORDINANCE 15

OF 19851

AMENDMENT SCHEME               02/2016

I, JOHAN SCHOON, being the authorized agent of the owner(s) of ERF 5410 (A
               PORTION OF ERF 506) VRYBURG, hereby give notice in terms of Section 17 of
               the Land Use Planning Ordinance, 1985, read together with clause 15.2 of the
               Naledi Town Planning Scheme, 2004, that I have applied to the Naledi Local
               Municipality for the amendment of the Town Planning Scheme known as the
               Naledi Town Planning Scheme, 2004, by rezoning the property described above,
               situate next to the Vryburg Private Hospital, Vryburg from Authority to
               Business 1.

Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours
               at the office of the Town Planner, Room No. 2, 19A Market Street, Vryburg, for
               a period of 28 days from 24 February 2016.

Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged
               with or made in writing to the Municipal Manager at 19A Market Street,
               Vryburg, or at PO Box 35, Vryburg, 8600, within a period of 28 days from 24
               February 2016.
