GENERAL NOTICE 454 OF 2014

NOTICE

LIMPOPO GAMBLING ACT 4 OF 1996, AS AMENDED FOR THE REMOVAL OF PREMISES.

Notice is hereby given that Louis Boshoff, ID Number: 6602015082081, T/A Burgersfort Tab Agency,
               intends on submitting an application to the Limpopo Gambling Board on the 19th December 2014 for
               the removal of premises. The application will be open for public inspection at the office of the
               Limpopo Gambling Board at, 8 Hans Van Rensburg Street, Polokwane, Limpopo from 19th December
               2014. 1.) The purpose of the application is to obtain permission for the removal of premises and to
               operate and keep limited payout machines on the site premises in the Province of Limpopo.2) The
               applicant's Previous Business Address: Shop 5, Castle Square Shopping Complex, Dirk Winterbach
               Street, Burgersfort, Limpopo. The applicant's Future Business Address: Shop 5A, Castle Square
               Shopping Complex, Dirk Winterbach Street, Burgersfort, Limpopo. 3) The owner of the site: Mr. Luis
               Boshoff. Attention is directed to the provisions of section 26 of the Limpopo Gambling Act 4 of 1996,
               as amended, which makes provision for submission of written objections in respect of the
               application. Such objections should be lodged with the Chief Executive Officer of the Limpopo
               Gambling Board, 8 Hans Van Rensburg Street , Polokwane or Private Bag X 9520, Polokwane, South
               Africa ,0700 within 30 days from 19th December 2014.
