NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 24 OF THE LIMPOPO GAMBLING BOARD ACT 4
                                                OF 1996 AS AMENDED

NOTICE TO AMEND TOTE LICENCE AND ESTABLISH NEW OUTLET

Notice is hereby given in terms of the provisions of Section 24, 2(a) (b) of the Limpopo
              Gambling Act of 1996, that Phumelela Gaming and Leisure will on the 6 February 2014
              lodge an application for an amendment of its licence in terms of Section 26 of the
              Limpopo Gambling Act No.4 of 1996 to the Limpopo Gambling Board

              Address of Agent: 58 Bodentstein Street Polokwane.

The application will lay for public viewing for 30 (thirty) days at the offices of the
              Limpopo Gambling Board; from the 6 February 2014 at No 08 Hans Van Rensburg
              Street, Polokwane, 0700, Limpopo.

Persons wishing to make objections or comments on this application shall do so in
              writing to the Authority within the period mentioned above.

Written objections should be lodged with the Chief Executive Officer, Limpopo Gambling
              Board, Private Bag X 9520, Polokwane, 0700, Limpopo Province, South - Africa.
