Thaba Chweu Municipality, Lydenburg Administrative Unit
                            Proposed permanent closure and alienation of park Erf 3712, Mashishing Extension 6
             Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 67(9), 68 and 79(18) of the Local Government Ordinance, 1939, as amended, that
             it is the intention of the Thaba Chweu Municipality, Lydenburg Administrative Unit to permanently close park Erf 3712,
             Mashishing Extension 6 and to alienate it for residential development.
             A plan indicating the park the Council intends to close will be open for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the
             Municipal Manager, Thaba Chweu Municipality, Lydenburg Administrative Unit, Sentraal Street, Lydenburg from 05/06/2015.

Any person who wishes to object to the proposed closing of the above park and alienation, shall lodge such objection or claim
             in writing with the undersigned not later than 12:00 on 06/07/2015.

Voorgestelde permanente sluiting en vervreemding van park Erf 3712, Mashishing Uitbreiding 6

Kennis geskied hiermee ingevolge die bepalings van Artikel 67(9), 68 en 79(18) van die Ordonnansie op Plaaslike Bestuur,
             1939, soos gewysig, dat die Thaba Chweu Munisipaliteit, Lydenburg Administratiewe Eenheid van voorneme is om park Erf
            3712, Mashishing Uitbreiding 6 permanent to sluit en to vervreem vir woonontwikkeling.
            'n Plan wat die park aantoon wat die Munisipaliteit van voornemens is om te sluit, sal gedurende normale kantoorure by die
            kantoor van die Munisipale Bestuurder, Thaba Chweu Munisipaliteit, Lydenburg Administratiewe Eenheid, Sentraalstraat ter
            insae lë vanaf 05/06/2015.
            Enige persoon wat beswaar teen die voorgestelde sluiting en vervreemding van die betrokke park het, moet sodanige
            beswaar of eis skriftelik by die ondertekende indien, nie later as 12:00 op 06/07/2015 nie.
