GOVERNMENT: MUNICIPAL STRUCTURES ACT, 1998

BY-ELECTION         IN    WARD      09    OF     LEPHALALE         LOCAL
                        MUNICIPALITY

I,  Ishmael    KgetJepe,     Member of        the   Executive     Council
                        responsible      for    Cooperative      Governance        and     Human

Settlements and Traditional Affairs in Limpopo Province, by the
                       powers vested In me in terms of section 25 (4) of Local

Government: Municipal Structures Act ,1998 ( Act 117 of 1998 as

amended), do hereby call for by- election in ward 9 of Lephalale
                       Local Mu cipality. I hereby set the date for the by-election to be

on the V         bruary 2014.
