LOCAL GOVERNMENT: MUNICIPAL STRUCTURES ACT, 1998

DETERMINATION OF DATE FOR BY-ELECTION

I, Simon Piet Dollman Skhosana, Member of the Executive Council responsible for Co-
                    operative Governance and Traditional Affairs in the Mpumalanga Province, hereby,

acting in terms of section 25(4) of the Local Government: Municipal Structures Act,
                    1998 (Act No. 117 of 1998), determine 19 February 2014 as the date on which the by-
                    elections as indicated in the Schedule should be held.
