PROVINCIAL NOTICE 46 OF 2018
          
                 NOTICE TO CALL AND SET DATE FOR BY-ELECTION IN RESPECT OF A CERTAIN WARD IN CERTAIN
                 MUNICIPALITY IN TERMS OF SECTION 25(4) OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT: MUNICIPAL
                 STRUCTURES ACT, 1998

In terms of the provisions of section 25(4) of the Local Government: Municipal Structures
                        Act, 1998. ( Act 117 of 1998) and after consulting the Electoral Commission, I hereby call and
                        set 25 April 2018 as the date of the by-election to be held for the ward and municipality as
                        set out in the schedule hereto.
