                    NOTICE
          
                         NOTICE TO CALL AND SET DATE        FOR BY-ELECTION IN RESPECT OF
                      CERTAIN WARDS IN MUNICIPALITIES        IN TERMS OF SECTION 25(4) OF THE
                              LOCAL GOVERNMENT MUNICIPAL          STRUCTURES ACT,1998.

In terms of the provisions of section  254 of the Local Government Structures  act 117
                    of 1998and in consultation with the
                                                      Independent Electoral Commission, I hereby
                    postpone the date of the By-Elections  dated 04th April 2017, Call and set 12th April
                    2017 as the date for the by-election  to be held for Ward of the municipality as set
                    out in the schedule herein
