NOTICE 315 OF 2013

NOTICE TO CALL AND SET DATE FOR BY-ELECTION IN RESPECT OF CERTAIN WARDS IN CERTAIN
                MUNICIPALITIES IN TERMS OF SECTION 25(4) OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT:
                MUNICIPAL STRUCTURES ACT, 1998.

In terms of the provisions of section 25(4) of the Local Government: Municipal Structures Act, 1998 (Act No.
                117 of 1998) and after consulting the electoral Commission, I hereby call and set the 18th September 2013 as
                the date for the by-elections to be held for the wards of municipalities as ::et out in the schedule hereto.

Given under my hand at Mafikeng th.s 16th day of July Two thousand and thirteen.
