                         ELECTION IN WARDS 72, 88 & 92 CITY OF JOHANNESBURG
                                           METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY

I, S.P. Mashatile MPL, Member of the Executive           Council responsible for
                     the Cooperative Governance, Traditional Affairs and Human Settlements
                     in the Province of Gauteng, by the          powers vested in me in terms of
                     section 25(4) of the Local Government: Municipal Structures            Act, 1998,

hereby determines the date for the by-election in Wards 72, 88, & 92, City
                     of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality as 25th April 2018.
