NOTICE OF PROCLAMATION OF THE LIQOUR TRADING BY-LAW

1. Take notice that at its meeting held 02"I February 2012, the Council of the Matatiele
                        Municipality passed its Liquor Trading By-law.
                     2. Take further notice that the by-law provide that with effect from the date of publication in
                        the Provincial Gazzette, the Liquor Trading By-law adopted at the meeting of the
                        Municipality's Council on the 24 January 2014, will apply in the Municipality.
                     3. Take further notice that copies of the Liquor Trading By-law is available during office hours
                        at the Municipal Offices, 102 Main Street , Matatiele, and on the Municipal website
                        (www.matatiele.gov.za/documents)
