RAMOTSHERE MOILOA LOCAL MUNICIPALITY
                   CLOSURE OF PORTION 1 OF ERF 1347, IKAGELENG EXTENSION 1 AS "PUBLIC OPEN SPACE"
              Notice is hereby given in terms of the provisions of Section 67 read with Section 68 of the Local Government
              Ordinance, 1939 (Ordinance 17 of 1939), as amended, that it is the intention of the Ramotshere Moiloa Local
              Municipality to permanently close Portion  1 of Erf 1347, Ikageleng Extension 1, currently zoned "Public Open
              Space (Park)", as "Public Open Space".

A copy of the Council's resolution and a plan indicating the locality of the said portion of land, will lie for inspection
              during normal office hours at the office of the Municipal Manager, Ramotshere Moiloa Local Municipality, corner of
              Coetzee- and President Street, Zeerust from 16 July 2013.
              Any person who has any objection to the proposed closing of the portion of land or who may have any claim for
              compensation if such closing be carried out, must lodge such objection or claim with the undersigned in writing not
              later than Friday 16 August 2013.

               SLUITING VAN GEDEELTE 1 VAN ERF 1347, IKAGELENG UITBREIDING 1 AS "OPENBARE OOP RUIMTE"
              Hierby word kennis ooreenkomstig die bepalings van Artikel 67 saamgelees met Artikel 68 van die Ordonnansie op
              Plaaslike Bestuur, 1939 (Ordonnansie 17 van 1939), soos gewysig, gegee dat die Ramotshere Moiloa Plaaslike
              Munisipaliteit van voornemens is om Gedeelte 1 van Erf 1347, Ikageleng Uitbreiding 1, tans "Openbare Oop
              Ruimte (Park)" gesoneer, permanent as "Openbare Oop Ruimte" to sluit.
              'n Afskrif van die Raadsbesluit en 'n plan waarop die ligging van die voormelde grondgedeelte aangedui word sal
              gedurende gewone kantoor ure by die kantoor van die Munisipale Bestuurder, Ramotshere Moiloa Plaaslike
              Munisipaliteit, hoek van Coetzee- en Presidentstraat, Zeerust ter insae le vanaf 16 Julie 2013.
              Enigeen wat bewaar teen die voorgestelde sluiting van die grondgedeelte het of wat enige eis om skadevergoeding
              sal he indien die sluiting uitgevoer word, moet sodanige beswaar of eis nie later as Vrydag 16 Augustus 2013
              skriftelik by die ondergetekende indien.
