ProviNSiale KoeraNt, 2 November 2021 No. 8284 3 GENERAL NOTICE 105 OF 2021 MADIBENG LOCAL MUNICIPALITY NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 48(1) OF MADIBENG LAND USE MANAGEMENT BY-LAW, 2016 FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A TOWNSHIP ON A PORTION OF PORTION 85 OF THE FARM KRELINGSPOST 425-JQ: PROPOSED ELITE CROSSING TOWNSHIP We, DLC Town Plan (Pty) Ltd, being the authorized agent hereby give notice in terms of Section 86(2) of Madibeng Land Use Management By-Law, 2016, that an application to establish the township referred to in the Annexure hereto, has been received by it. Particulars of the application are open to inspect during normal office hours at the office of the Municipality at: Civic Centre; 53 Van Velden Street, Brits, 0250, South Africa for a period of 30 days from 26 October 2021. Objections to or representations together with contact details in respect of the applicant must be lodged in writing and in duplicate with the Municipality at the above office or posted to him/her at PO Box 106, Brits, 0258, within a period of 30 days from 26 October 2021.
