                   hereby give notice in terms of Clause 86(2) of  Madibeng Land Use Management By-law, 2016 that we

                   hereby give notice in terms of Clause 86(2) of  Madibeng Land Use Management By-law, 2016 that we
                   from “Private open space” to “Residential 3” with a maximum coverage of 50%, maximum Floor Area
                   have applied to the Madibeng Local Municipality for a change of land use rights also known as rezoning
                   Ratio of 0,5 and a maximum height of single storey. Any objection or comments, with the grounds
                   of the property described above, situated 80m north of Hartbeespoort dam within Ifafi neighbourhood,
                   therefore and contact details, shall be lodged within a period of 30 days from 5 April 2022 the first date
                   from “Private open space” to “Residential 3” with a maximum coverage of 50%, maximum Floor Area
                   on which the notice appeared, with or made in writing to the Municipality at: Room 223, second floor,
                   Ratio of 0,5 and a maximum height of single storey. Any objection or comments, with the grounds

                   therefore and contact details, shall be lodged within a period of 30 days from 5 April 2022 the first date
                   will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the above offices, for a period of 30 days from the
