PROVINCIAL NOTICE 338 OF 2022

MADIBENGSPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT BY-LAW, 2016
                      Notice is hereby given to all whom it may concern, that in terms of Clause 68 of the Madibeng Local
                      Municipality,  Spatial  Planning  and  Land  Use  management  By-Law,  2016  (within  Madibeng
                      Jurisdiction but not administered by any Land Use or Town Planning Scheme), that I Gerhard Human,
                      for,Torbiouse Solutions CC.applied to the Madibeng Local Municipality for consent use to construct
                      and  operate  a  telecommunication  mast  and  base  station  on  the  Remaining  Extent  of  the  farm
                      Waterval 220 JQ situated Off the R511, Ga-Tsogwe.

Any objection, with the grounds therefore and contact details, shall be lodged with or made in writing
                      to: The Madibeng Local Municipality at: The Director Human Settlements and Planning, Civic Centre,
                      53 Van Velden Street, Brits, or at P.O. Box 106, Brits, 0250 within 30 days of the first publication of
                      the advertisement in the Provincial Gazette, viz: 12 July 2022.
                      Full particulars and plans (if any) may be inspected during office hours at the above-mentioned office,
                      for  a  period  30  days  after  the  publication  of  the  first  advertisement  in  the  Provincial  Gazette.  Any
                      person  who  cannot  write  may come  to  the  Madibeng  Local  Municipality  where  a  staff  member  will
                      assist in transcribing the objection or comments for them.
                      Closing date for any objections is 12 August 2022
