MADIBENG LOCAL MUNICIPALITY: PERI-URBAN AREAS AMENDMENT SCHEME 2239

Notice is hereby given in terms of the provisions of the Madibeng Spatial Planning & Land Use Management By-Law, 2016, that
            the Madibeng Local Municipality has approved the amendment of the Peri-Urban Areas Town Planning Scheme, 1975, by the
            rezoning of Portion 184 (a portion of Portion 169) of the farm Bultfontein 475-JQ from “Undetermined” to “Special” for shops, a
            showroom for farming equipment, a workshop, and such other uses as the Municipality may approve with consent.

The Map 3 documents and scheme clauses of the amendment scheme are filed at the offices of the Madibeng Local Municipality
            and are available for inspection during normal office hours.

This amendment scheme is known as Peri-Urban Areas Amendment Scheme 2239 and shall come into operation on the
            date of publication of this notice.
