PROCLAMATION 13 OF 2018
          
                                         NELSPRUIT AMENDMENT SCHEME 2093

It is hereby notified in terms of Section 50 of the Mbombela By-law on Spatial Planning and Land Use
                Management, 2015, that the City of Mbombela has approved an amendment of the Nelspruit Town
                Planning Scheme, 1989, to rezone:

1.   Portion  54  of  Erf  908,  Riverside  Park  Extension  24, from  “Residential  2”  to  “Special”  for  light
                    industrial, commercial and value retail, motor showroom and related workshop and fitment centre
                    with related office use subject to additional development controls as on Annexure 2029.

2.   Portions 64 to 87 of Erf 908, Riverside Park Extension 24 from “Residential 2” to “Special” for light
                    industrial, commercial and value retail with related office use subject to additional development
                    controls as reflected on Annexure 2029;

3.   Portion 88 of Erf 908 Riverside Extension 24 from “Residential 2” to “Existing Public Road”

Copies  of  the  amendment  scheme  are  filed  with  the  Municipal  Manager,  Civic  Centre,  Nel  Street,
                Mbombela, and are open for inspection at all reasonable times. This amendment scheme shall come
                into operation on date of publication hereof.
