INVITATION  FOR PUBLIC TO COMMENT ON THE MEAT INSPECTION  SCHEME

I,  Senzeni Zokwana,  MP,  Minister  of Agriculture,  Forestry  and  Fisheries in  terms  of section  12

of  the  Meat  Safety  Act,  2000  (Act  No.  40  of  2000),  hereby  publish  the  Draft  Meat  Inspection
               Scheme  for  broader  public comment.

interested  parties  are  invited  to  submit  written  comments  within  30  days  from  the  date  of
