PROVINSIALE KOERANT, 27 FEBRUARIE 2019 No. 56 53 NOTICE 348 OF 2019 REZONING APPLICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 38(2)(a) OF THE MIDVAAL LAND USE SCHEME, 2018 I, C. C. Pelser, being the applicant of Portion 3 of Erf 177, Meyerton Farms, hereby give notice in terms of Section 38(2)(a) to all whom it may concern, that in terms of the Midvaal Local Municipality Land Use Management By-law, 2016 that I have applied to the Midvaal Local Municipality for a change of land use rights, also known as a rezoning, for the property described above, situated on 47 Kraanvoël Street, Meyerton Farms, from “Residential 1” to “Business 2” including a guest house and liquor enterprise. Any objection, with the grounds therefore and contact details must be lodged with or made in writing to the Municipal Manager, Town Planning Department, 25 Mitchell Street, Meyerton or PO Box 9, Meyerton 1960 within 28 days from 27 February 2019. Full particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Manager: Town Planning for a period of 28 days from 27 February 2019.
