                                           MOGALE CITY LOCAL MUNICIPALITY

It is hereby notified in terms of Section 46(4) and Section 67(4) of the Mogale City Spatial Planning and
               Land Use Management By-Law, 2018, that Mogale City Local Municipality approved the amendment of
               the  Krugersdorp  Town  Planning  Scheme,  1980  by  the  rezoning  of  Holding  54  Diswilmar  Agricultural
               Holdings    from  “Agricultural”  to  “Agricultural”,  with  an  Annexure,  to  allow  for  business  uses  which  will
               include  a  drive  in  restaurant,  subject  to  conditions,  and  for  the  removal  of  restrictive  title  conditions
               C(d)(iv) and C(e) from Deed of Transfer No T5815/2006.

Copies of the application as approved are filed with the offices of the Municipal Manager of the Mogale
               City Local Municipality and are open for inspection at all reasonable times.

This amendment scheme is known as the Krugersdorp Amendment Scheme 1956 and shall come into
               operation on the date of publication hereof.
