REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR A CASINO LICENCE IN THE
                                          Mpumalanga PROVINCE

The Mpumalanga Economic Regulator (“MER”) published a notice to invite  clarification
               questions on the “Request for proposals for a casino licence in the Mpumalanga Province” on
               14 February 2020.

This process got delayed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and the MER resolved to

               suspend the process of licensing the 4   casino until further notice.

Future announcements regarding this matter will be published in the provincial gazette and the
               MER’s website: www.mer.org.za.
