NOTICE
                                 Mpumalanga GAMING ACT, 1995 (ACT 5 OF 1995) AS AMENDED
                                          APPLICATION FOR A SITE OPERATOR LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that the below mentioned applicants intend on submitting an application for site operator
              licence to the Mpumalanga Economic Regulator on 09 April 2021. The purpose of the applications is to obtain a
              licence to operate and keep limited payout machines on the premises, in the Province of Mpumalanga.
              1. Manuel Pestana De Faria Identity Number 4805245142185 trading as Williams Tavern located at Rotterdam
              Centre, Rotterdam Street, shops 1 and 2, Stand 1372, Evander, Govan Mbeki Municipality, Gert Sibande District,
              Mpumalanga Province. The owner and /managers are as follows: Manuel Pestana De Faria.
              2. Mingqing Wang Identity Number 8502066295186 trading as Khayelisha Bar located at Stand 577, Mzinti, Nkomazi
              Municipality, Ehlanzeni District, Mpumalanga Province. The owner and / managers are as follow: Mingqing Wang.
              3. Ryan JJ Wolmarans Identity Number 8501025125088 trading as Abantu Bami Liquor located at Rentak Centre, 11
                                                                                                          th
              Avenue, Rietkuil, Steve Tshwete Municipality, Nkangala District, Mpumalanga Province. The owner and managers
              are as follow: Ryan JJ Wolmarans.
              The applications will be open for public inspection at the office of the Mpumalanga Economic Regulator at First
              Avenue, White River, South Africa 1240, from 09 April 2021.  Attention is directed to the provisions of Section 26 of
              the Mpumalanga Gambling Board Act, 1995 (Act No. 5 of 1995) as amended, which makes provision for the lodging
              of written objections in respect of the applications. Such objection should be lodged with the Chief Executive Officer,
              Mpumalanga Economic Regulator, First Avenue, Private Bag X9908, White River, South Africa, 1240, ceo@mer.org.za
              within 30 days from 09 April 2021.
