NOTICE
                             Mpumalanga GAMING ACT, 1995 (ACT 5 OF 1995) AS AMENDED

APPLICATION FOR –
                1.  THE  TRANSFER OF  A BINGO OPERATOR  LICENCE  FROM  ARNOSTYLE  (PTY) LTD  T/A
                    GREAT BINGO MBOMBELA TO GALAXY BINGO EMALAHLENI (PTY) LTD
                2.  THE  RELOCATION OF  THE  OPERATIONS AUTHORISED  BY THE  RELEVANT BINGO
                    OPERATOR LICENCE TO OTHER PREMISES
               Notice is hereby given that Arnostyle (Pty) Ltd, trading as Great Bingo Mbombela (“Great Bingo”), the
               holder of a  Bingo Operator licence issued by the  Mpumalanga  Gambling Board in  respect  of premises
               located at 24 Jerepico Street, Mbombela (“the Licence”), and Galaxy Bingo Emalahleni (Pty) Ltd (“GBEM”)
               intend submitting a joint application to the Mpumalanga Economic Regulator (“MER”) for the transfer of
               the Licence from Great Bingo to GBEM. As part of the same process, an application will be submitted to the
               MER for the relocation of the bingo operations authorised by the Licence from the existing premises located
               at 24 Jerepico Street, Mbombela, to Shop UG39A, I’Langa Mall, corner of Flamboyant and Bitterbessie
               Streets, West Acres, Mbombela.
               The above applications will be open for public inspection at the office of the Mpumalanga Gambling Board
               at First Avenue, White River, South Africa, 1240, from 24 October 2022 to 23 November 2022.  Attention is
               directed to the provisions of Section 26 of the Mpumalanga Gambling Act, 1995 (Act No. 5 of 1995) as
               amended, which makes provision for the lodging of written objections in respect of either or both such
               applications. Any such objections should be lodged with the Chief Executive Officer, Mpumalanga Economic
               Regulator, First Avenue, Private Bag X9908, White River, South Africa, 1240, within the aforementioned
               public inspection period.
