LOCAL AUTHORITY NOTICE 261 OF 2021

NOTICE
                                ENGCOBO MUNICIPALITY LAND USE SCHEME

Notice is herewith given in terms of Section 25(1) of the Municipality’s SPLUMA By-
                law that the Engcobo Council adopted a new Land Use Scheme Regulations on the
                31 of October 2021. These Land Use Scheme Regulations will come into operation
                on the date of the publication of this notice and will apply to the entire Municipal area
                of jurisdiction.

The  Land  Use  Scheme  Regulations  are  available  on  the  Municipal  website
                (www.engcobolm.gov.za).
