PROCLAMATION 27 OF 2019
          27     Naledi Local Municipality's Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-Law, 2015: Erf 586, Vryburg      8008
               NOTICE  OF  APPLICATION FOR THE  AMENDMENT OF THE NALEDI TOWN
               PLANNING SCHEME, 2004 AND REMOVAL OF TITLE CONDITIONS IN TERMS
               OF SECTION 94 (1)(A) & (G) OF THE NALEDI SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND
               USE MANAGEMENT BY-LAW, 2015: AMENDMENT SCHEME 01/2019.

I,  A.M.  KOEKEMOER, being the authorized agent of the  registered  owner  of Erf  586,  Vryburg
               hereby give notice in terms of Section 94(1)(A) & (G)  of the  Naledi  Local Municipality's  Spatial
               Planning and  Land  Use  Management  By-Law,  2015  that  we  have applied to the Naledi  Local
               Municipality for the removal of restrictive title conditions 3 (i), (ii), (iii) and (iv) in Deed of Transfer
               number T211/2010  and  the rezoning of the property described above, situated  at  36 Kamp  Street,
               Vryburg from Residential 1 to Residential 2.

Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the
               Town Planner (Office No. 2), 19A Market Street for a period of 30 days from 20 March 2019 to 23
               April 2019.

Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing
               to the Municipal Manager at 19A Market Street or at P.O. Box 35, Vryburg, 8601 within a period of
               30 days from 20 March 2019 to 23 April 2019.
