             Stad van Matlosana Ruimtetike Beplanning en Gerondgebruikbestuur Verordening, 2016, saamgelees met SPLUMA, Wet 16
             van 2013, kennis dat ons by Stadsraad van Matlosana aansoek gedoen het om die wysiging van die dorpsbeplanningskema

              THE CITY OF MATLOSANA SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT BY-LAW, 2016, READ TOGETHER
             WITH SPLUMA, ACT 16 OF 2013, KLERKSDORP LAND USE MANAGEMENT SCHEME, 2005 - AMENDMENT SCHEME

             being the authorised agent of the owner of Erf 427, Flimieda, Klerksdorp, North West Province, hereby gives notice in terms
             of Section 56(1)(b)(1) of the Town Planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of 1986), and Section 62(1) of the
             City of Matlosana Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-Law, 2016, read together with SPLUMA, Act 16 of 2013,
             that we have applied to the City of Matlosana, for the amendment of the Town Planning Scheme known as Klerksdorp Land
             Use Management Scheme, 2005, as amended, by the rezoning of Erf 427, Flimieda, Klerksdorp, adjacent to Vygie Street
             from "Special" to "Residential 1 ", for the purposes of a dwelling house and purposes incidental thereto with the consent of the
             Local Authority.
             Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the Records Section, Basement Floor, Klerksdorp Civic
             Centre, Bram Fisher and OR Tambo Street, Klerksdorp, for a period of 30 days from 11 April 2017.
             Objections or representations in respect of the application, together with the reasons therefore, must be lodged with or made in writing or
             verbally if the objector is unable to writeto the authorized agent and the Municiapal Manager at the above address or posted to P.O.BOX
             99, Klerksdorp, 2570, with in a period of 30 days from 11 April 2017. The closing date for submission of comments, objections or
