AMENDMENT OF THE LISTED ACTIVITIES AND ASSOCIATED MINIMUM EMISSION
                   STANDARDS IDENTIFIED IN TERMS OF SECTION 21 OF THE NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL
                                 MANAGEMENT: AIR QUALITY ACT,2004 (ACT NO.39 OF 2004)

I, Barbara Dallas Creecy, Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment, hereby under section
                 21(1)(b) of the National Environmental Management: Air Quality Act, 2004 (Act No.39 of 2004), amend
                 the Listed Activities and Associated Minimum Emission Standards identified in terms of section 21 of
                 the National Environmental Management: Air Quality Act, 2004 ( Act No. 39 of 2004), published under
                Government Notice 893 in Government Gazette No. 37054 of 22 November 2013, as amended, as
                set out in the Schedule hereto.
