DECLARATION OF LAND TO BE PART OF RICHTERSVELD NATIONAL PARK IN TERMS OF
                    NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT: PROTECTED AREAS ACT, 2003 (ACT NO.57
                    OF 2003)

I, Bomo Edith Edna Molewa, Minister of Environmental Affairs, hereby declare by virtue of the
                    powers vested in me by Section 20(1)(a)(ii) of the National Environmental Management: Protected
                    Areas Act, 2003 (Act No. 57 of 2003) the property listed in the Schedule as part of the Richtersveld
                    National Park.
