REGULATIONS FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF THE NAMAQUA NATIONAL
                                         PARK MARINE PROTECTED AREA

I,  Nomvula  Paula  Mokonyane,  Minister  of  Environmental  Affairs,  hereby  make
                 the  Regulations  for  the  Management  of  the  Namaqua  National  Park  Marine
                 Protected Area in terms of sections 48A(2) and 86(1)(a), (b), (c) and (d) of the
                 National Environmental Management:  Protected Areas Act, 2003 (Act No. 57 of
                 2003), as set out in the Schedule hereto.
