NOTICE OF PUBLICATION

1.  I, Julie Reddy, Chief Executive Officer of the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA), in
                  terms of the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) Act, Act 67 of 2008 as per the decision
                  (SAQA 08136/22) of the SAQA Board, publish the:

a. Policy and Criteria for the Registration of Qualifications and Part-qualifications
                         on the National Qualifications Framework (As amended, 2022).

2.  The  Policy  and Criteria  for the  Registration of  Qualifications  and  Part-qualifications  on  the
                   National Qualifications Framework (As amended, 2022) is:

a. Effective from the date of publication; and
                      b. Available on the SAQA website: www.saqa.co.za under Document.
