CLASSES AND RESOURCE QUALITY OBJECTIVES OF WATER RESOURCES FOR
                                           CATCHMENTS OF THE LOWER VAAL

I, Nomvula Paula Mokonyane, in my capacity as Minister of Water and Sanitation, and duly
                     authorised in terms of section 13(4) of the National Water Act (Act No. 36 of 1998) hereby
                     publish the notices for the classes of water resources and resource quality objectives for
                     catchments of the Lower  Vaal,  in  the Schedule, to  be issued  under section 13(4)  of the
                     National Water Act (Act No. 36 of 1998).
