NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO DIVIDE LAND
                  The Thabazimbi Local Municipality hereby gives notice in terms of Section 6(8)(a) of the Division
                  of Land Ordninance, 1986 (Ordinance 20 of 1986), that an application to divide the land describe
                  hereunder has been received:

Further particulars of the application are open for inspection at the office of the Municipal
                  Manager, Thabazimbi Municipal Offices, 7 Rietbok Street, Thabazimbi, during normal office
                  hours.
                  Any person who wishes to object to the granting of the application or who wishes to make
                  representations in regard thereto, shall submit his objections or representations in writing and in
                  duplicate to the acting Municipal Manager at the above address or address it to him Private Bag
                  X530, Thabazimbi, 0380, at any time within the period of 28 days from the date of the first
                  publication of this notice.

Die Thabazimbi Pleas like Munisipaliteit  gee  hiermee,  ingevolge Artikel 6(8)(a) van  die
                  Ordonnansie op die Verde ling van Grond, 1986 (Ordonnansie 20 van 1986) kennis dat 'n
                  aansoek ontvang is om die grond hieronder beskryf, te verdeel:
                  Verdere besonderhede van die aansoek le ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorure by die
                  kantoor van die Munisipale Bestuurder, Thabazimbi Munisipale Kantore, Rietbokstraat  7,
                  Thabazimbi gedurende gewone kantoorure.

Enige persoon wat teen die toestaan van die aansoek beswaar wil maak of vertoe in verband
                  daarmee wil rig, moet sy besware of vertoe skriftelik en in tweevoud by die die Munisipale
                  Bestuurder by bovermelde adres indien of aan hom rig te Privaatsak X530, Thabazimbi, 0380, te
                  enige tyd binne 28 dae vanaf die datum van eerste publikasie van hierdie kennisgewing.
