North West Gambling Board

INVITATION TO A STAKEHOLDER BRIEFING SESSION REGARDING
                                 THE REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS (RFA) IN RELATION TO LIMITED
                                       PAYOUT MACHINE LICENCES AND BINGO LICENCES
                              The North West Gambling Board ("the Board") hereby invites stakeholders to a
                              briefing session in relation to its intention to amend the Request for Applications
                              ("RFA") in relation to Limited Payout Machines and Bingo Licences which was
                              released for public comments on 06 March 2015.
                              The proposed amendments seek to amongst others, revise the allocation of Licences
                              in relation to Bingo and Limited Payout 1Nachine operations in the Province, and
                              further invite interested persons to apply for available Bingo Operator Licences and
                              Limited Payout Machine Licences.
                              Briefing session will be held, as follows:

NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 29 OF THE NORTH WEST
                                   GAMBLING ACT, 2001 (ACT No. 2 OF 2001), AS AMENDED.
                              Notice is hereby given in terms of the provisions of section 35 of the North West Gambling
                              Act, 2001 (Act i\lo. 2 of 2001), as amended that the North West Gambling Board ("the
                              Board") intends to hold a public hearing in respect of the application received in terms of
                              the provisions of section 45 of the North West Gambling Act, 2001 (Act No. 2 of 2001) as
                              amended, from Cornelius Johannes Coertze for removal of business from No. 10 Tambotie
                              Street in Brits to other premises at Shop No. 2, Midtown Mall, Loop Street in Rustenburg.
                              The public hearing will be held, as follows:

                              Kindly note that applicants and persons who lodged representations, as contemplated
                              in terms of the provisions of section 29(2)(b)(i) and (ii) of the North West Gambling Act,
                              2001 (Act No. 2 of 2001), as amended, will be afforded an opportunity to make oral
                              representations during the hearing.
