Notice is hereby given in terms of the provisions of section 35 of the North West Gambling Act, 2001
            (Act No. 2 of 2001), as amended, that the North West Gambling Board (“the Board”) intends to hold
            public hearings in respect of applications received in terms of the North West Gambling Act, 2001
            (Act No. 2 of 2001) as amended.
