NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 29 OF THE NORTH WEST GAMBLING
                             ACT, 2001 (ACT No. 2 OF 2001), AS AMENDED.

APPLICATION FOR REMOVAL OF BUSINESS TO OTHER PREMISES IN TERMS OF SECTION
                                    45 OF THE NORTH WEST GAMBLING ACT, 2001.

Notice is hereby given in terms of the provisions of section 29 of the North West Gambling Act, 2001 (Act
              No. 2 of 2001), as amended (“the Act”), that the North West Gambling Board (“the Board”) received an
              application from Magic Slots North West (Pty) Ltd-Klerksdorp for the removal of gambling business from
              the current approved licensed premises to other premises.

Magic Slots North West (Pty) Ltd-Klerksdorp lodged an application in terms of the provisions of section
              45 of the Act to remove their Independent Site Operator Licence from the licensed premises at Shop No.
              AM0003, Ground Floor, OK Building, 71 Church Street, Klerksdorp to the proposed premises situated at
              Shop No. 55, Magalies Center, ERF 3472, 15 Cnr Hendrick Verwoerd & de Boer Street, Brits.
              Please take note that this application will be lying open for public inspection at the offices of the North
              West Gambling Board at 131 University Drive, Mmabatho, between 08h30 – 16h30, for a period of one
              (1) month, commencing on 01 April 2021 until 30 April 2021.

Persons  wishing  to  make  representations,  be  either  comments  or  objections,  in  relation  to  any
              application submitted to the Board, shall do so in writing and such representations shall contain the
              following information:
               a)  The name of the applicant to which representations relate;

b)  The grounds on which representations are made;
               c)  The  name,  address,  telephone,  and  facsimile  numbers  of  the  person  submitting
                   representations; and
               d)  Whether or not the person making representations wish to make an oral presentation at
                   the hearing of the application.
