PROVINCIAL NOTICE 213 OF 2021

North West Gambling Board

NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 35 OF THE NORTH WEST GAMBLING
                              ACT, 2001 (ACT No. 2 OF 2001), AS AMENDED.

Notice is hereby given in terms of the provisions of section 35 of the North West Gambling Act, 2001
              (Act No. 2 of 2001), as amended, that the North West Gambling Board (“the Board”) intends to hold
              public hearing in respect of applications received in terms of the North West Gambling Act, 2001 (Act
              No. 2 of 2001) as amended.

The public hearing will be held, as follows:
