KENNISGEWING VAN AANSOEK OM WYSIGING VAN DORPSBEPLANNINGSKEMA INGEVOLGE ARTIKEL 56(1)(b)(i) VAN DIE ORDONNANSIE OP DORPSBEPLANNING EN DORPE, 1986 (ORDONNANSIE 15 VAN 1986), SAAMGELEES MET DIE RUIMTELIKE BEPLANNING EN GRONDGEBRUIKSBESTUURS WET, 2013 (WET NO. 16 VAN 2013): TSWAING LAND USE SCHEME, 2011 - WYSIGINGSKEMA 31 Ek, Johannes Gerhardus Benadé (ID Nr. 621015 5064 08 1), van die firma Maxim Planning Solutions (Edms) Bpk (2002/017393/07) synde die gemagtigde agent van die eienaar van Erf 162, Delareyville, gee hiermee ingevolge Artikel 56(1)(b)(i) van die Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe, 1986 (Ordonnansie 15 van 1986), saamgelees met die Ruimtelike Beplanning en Grondgebruiksbestuurs Wet, 2013 (Wet Nr. 16 van 2013), kennis dat ons by die Tswaing Plaaslike Munisipaliteit aansoek gedoen het om die wysiging van die Tswaing Land Use Scheme, 2011, soos gewysig, deur die hersonering van Erf 162, Delareyville, geleë te Oosstraat 45, Delareyville, in die noordelike gedeelte van Delareyville, vanaf “Residensieel 1” na “Residensieel 2” vir die doeleindes van ’n residensiele gebou, asook vyf (5) wooneenhede. Daar word beoog om die bestaande woonhuis op te gradeer en te behou. Besonderhede van die aansoek lê ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorure by die kantoor van die Munisipale Bestuurder, Tswaing Plaaslike Munisipaliteit, hoek van Generaal Delarey-en Governmentstraat, Delareyville, vir 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 24 May 2017. Die sluitingsdatum vir die indiening van kommentaar is 21 Junie 2017. Besware teen of vertoë ten opsigte van die aansoek moet binne 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 24 May 2017 skriftelik, of mondelings indien die beswaarmaker nie kan skryf nie, by of tot die Munisipale Bestuurder, Tswaing Plaaslike Munisipaliteit by bovermelde adres of by Posbus 24, Delareyville, 2770 ingedien of gerig word.
