                Ek, Joze Maleta, synde die gemagtigde agent van die eienaar van Erf 89 van die dorp Songloed, gee
                hiermee ingevolge Artikel 56(1)(b)(i) van die Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe, 1986,
                saamgelees met die Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Wet, 2013 (Wet 16 van 2013),
                kennis dat ek by die  City of  Matlosana aansoek gedoen het  om die wysiging  van die
                Dorpsbeplanningskema bekend as Klerksdorp Land Use Management Scheme 2005, soos gewysig,
                deur die hersonering van Erf 89 groot 2006m² van die dorp Songloed, geleë aanliggend aan
                1 Denisestraat, Songloed, Klerksdorp, van “Residensieël 1“ na “Residensieël 2” vir ses wooneenhede.

Besonderhede van die aansoek lê ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorure by die Rekords Afdeling,
                Kelderverdieping, Burgersentrum, Bram Fisherstraat, Klerksdorp, vir ’n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf
                19 Januarie 2016.

Besware teen of vertoë ten opsigte van die aansoek moet binne ’n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf
                19 Januarie 2016, skriftelik by of tot die Munisipale Bestuurder,  City of  Matlosana, by bovermelde
                adres of by Posbus 99, Klerksdorp, 2570, ingedien of gerig word.
