                Ek, Joze Maleta, synde  die  gemagtigde  agent van  die  eienaar van  Erf  939 (PARK) van die dorp

                Boetrand,  gee hiermee ingevolge Artikel 56(1)(b)(i)  van die  Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en
                Dorpe, 1986, saamgelees met die Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Wet, 2013 (Wet 16

                Molopo en Usutustraat, Boetrand van “Openbare Oopruimte” tot “Residensieël 1”.
                  deur die hersonering van Erf 178, groot 1702m² van die dorp Meiringspark, geleë op die hoek van
                  Jinnie en Van Der Vyferstraat, Meiringspark, Klerksdorp, van “Munisipaal” na “Residensieël 1”.

                  I, Joze Maleta, being the  authorized agent of the owner of  Erf 178,  of the township  Meiringspark,

                  hereby give notice in terms of Section 56(1)(b)(i) of the Town-Planning and Townships Ordinance,
                  1986, read together with the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013),
                I, Joze Maleta, being the authorized agent of the owner of Erf 939 (PARK), of the township Boetrand,
                  that I have applied to the City of Matlosana for the amendment of the Town-Planning Scheme known
                hereby give notice in terms of Section 56(1)(b)(i) of the Town-Planning and Townships Ordinance,
                  as the Klerksdorp Land Use Management Scheme 2005, as amended, by the rezoning of Erf 178 in
                1986, read together with the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013),
                  extent  1702m²  of the township  Meiringspark,  situated  on the corner of Jinnie and Van Der Vyfer
                that I have applied to the City of Matlosana for the amendment of the Town-Planning Scheme known
