NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR  THE AMENDMENT OF THE TOWN-PLANNING SCHEME IN TERMS OF SECTION
            56(1)(b)(i) OF THE TOWN-PLANNING AND TOWNSHIPS ORDINANCE, 1989 (ORDINANCE 15 OF 1986), READ
            TOGETHER WITH SPLUMA, ACT 16 OF 2013, KLERKSDORP AMENDMENT SCHEME 940

I, Alexander Edward van Breda, the authorized agent of the owner of Portion 1 of Erf 1066, Wilkoppies Extension 26  hereby
            give notice in terms of Section 56(b)(i) of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986, read together with SPLUMA,
            Act 16 of 2013, for the amendment of the town-planning scheme known as the Klerksdorp Land Use Management Scheme,
            2005 by the rezoning of the above-mentioned property, situated at 62d William Street from “Residential 2” to “Special” (with
            Annexure 1042) for the purposes of a dwelling house, professional offices and related purposes with the consent of the
            Local Authority.
            Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Municipal Manager,
            Records, Basement, Municipal Building,  Bram  Fisher  Street,  Klerksdorp for the period of 28 days from  05 April  2016.
            Objections  to  or  representations  in  respect  to  the  application  must  be  lodged  with or made in writing to the Municipal
            Manager at the above address or at PO Box 99, Klerksdorp, 2570 within a period of 28 days from 05 April 2016.

Ek, Alexander  Edward  van  Breda,  gemagtigde  agent  van  die  eienaar  van  Gedeelte  1  van  Erf 1066, Wilkoppies
            Uitbreiding  26   gee hiermee  kennis  ingevolge Artikel 56(b)(i) van die Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe, 1989,
            saamgelees met SPLUMA, Wet 16 van 2013, om die wysiging van die dorpsbeplanningskema bekend as die Klerksdorp
            Grondgebruikbestuurskema,  2005  soos  gewysig  deur  die  hersonering  van  die  eiendom  hierbo  beskryf,  geleë  te  62d
            Williamstraat  vanaf  “Residensieël 2”  na  “Spesiaal”  (met bylaag 1042)  vir  die doeleindes van  ‘n  woonhuis,  professionele
            kantore en verwante gebruike met die toestemming van die Plaaslike Owerheid.
            Besonderhede van die aansoek lê ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorure by die kantoor van die Munisipale Bestuurder,
            Bram Fisherstraat, Burgersentrum, Rekords afdeling, Keldervloer, Klerksdorp, 2570 vir ‘n tydperk van  28 dae vanaf
            05 April 2016.  Besware teen of vertoë ten opsigte van die aansoek moet binne ‘n tydperk van 28 dae skriftelik by of tot die
            Munisipale Bestuurder by bovermelde adres of by Posbus 99, Klerksdorp, 2570 ingedien of gerig word, binne ‘n tydperk van
            28 dae vanaf 05 April 2016.
