                                       PERI URBAN AREAS AMENDMENT SCHEME 2251

Notice is hereby given that the Madibeng Local Municipality has approved the amendment of the Peri-
               Urban Area Town Planning Scheme, 1975, by the rezoning of Erf  915 Mooinooi Extension 3 from
               “Residential 1” to “Residential 3”
               The Map 3-documents and the scheme Clause of the Amendment Scheme is filed at the offices of the
               Local Municipality of Madibeng and is open for inspection at normal office hours. This amendment
               Scheme is known as Peri Urban Areas Amendment Scheme 2251 and shall come in operation on the
               date of publication of this notice.

Notice is hereby given that the Madibeng Local Municipality has approved the amendment of the Peri-
               Urban Area Town Planning Scheme, 1975, by the rezoning of  Erf 622 Mooinooi Extension 3 from
               “Residential 1” to “Special” for Place of Refreshment, Shops, Offices and Function Venue.
               The Map 3-documents and the scheme Clause of the Amendment Scheme is filed at the offices of the
               Local Municipality of Madibeng and is open for inspection at normal office hours. This amendment
               Scheme is known as Peri Urban Areas Amendment Scheme 2254 and shall come in operation on the
               date of publication of this notice.
