PETROLEUM PRODUCTS ACT, 1977
                                        (ACT No. 120 of 1977)

AMENDMENT OF THE REGULATIONS IN RESPECT OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTS
                  The Minister of Energy has, under section 2  (1)  (c) of the Petroleum Products Act, 1977
                  (Act No. 120 of 1977), made the regulations set out in the Schedule.

SCHEDULE

1  Definitions
                  In these regulations "the Regulations" mean the regulations published by Government
                  Notice No. R.1039 of 31 December 2013

The following regulation is hereby substituted for regulation 3 of the Regulations
