PETROLEUM PRODUCTS ACT, 1977
                                                (ACT No. 120 of 1977)
                            AMENDMENT OF THE REGULATIONS IN RESPECT OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTS

The Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy has under
                                    Section 2(1)(c) of the Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act
                                    No.120 of 1977) made the Regulations set out in the
                                    Schedule. This substitutes the Schedule that was
                                    promulgated on 03 August 2021.
                                                            SCHEDULE
                                 1  Definitions
                                      In these regulations "the Regulations" mean the
                                      regulations published by Government Notice on 01
                                    September 2021
                                 2  Substitution of Regulation that was promulgated on 03
                                    August 2021 in the Government Gazette
