REGULATIONS IN RESPECT OF THE SINGLE MAXIMUM NATIONAL

RETAIL PRICE FOR ILLUMINATING PARAFFIN

1.  I, Mr. J. Radebe, Minister of Energy, under section 2(1)(c) of the Petroleum Products
                Act, 1977 (Act No. 120 of 1977), determine that a maximum retail price for Illuminating

Paraffin (excluding the price of any form of packaging) will become effective on the first
                Wednesday of every month.

2.  The single maximum retail price for illuminating paraffin, excluding the price of any form of
                Packaging for the period 02 May 2018 to 05 June 2018 will be 1089.0 c/l.

3.  Commencement
                These regulations shall come into operation at 00:01 on 02 May 2018
