REGULATIONS IN RESPECT OF THE SINGLE MAXIMUM NATIONAL

RETAIL PRICE FOR ILLUMINATING PARAFFIN

1.  I, Mr. J. Radebe, Minister of Energy, under section 2(1)(c) of the Petroleum  Products

Act, 1977 (Act No. 120 of 1977), determine that a maximum  retail price for Illuminating
                 Paraffin (excluding  the price of any form of packaging) will become effective  on the first

Wednesday of every month.

2.  The single maximum  retail price for illuminating  paraffin, excluding  the price of any form of

Packaging for the period 01 May 2019 to 04 June 2019 will be 1231.0 c/l.

3.  Commencement
                These regulations  shall come into operation at 00:01 on 01 May 2019
