30 No. 3258 proviNciAl GAzette, 15 April 2022 PROVINCIAL NOTICE 222 OF 2022 AMENDMENT OF POLOKWANE/PERSKEBULT TOWNPLANNING SCHEME, 2016 (AMENDMENT SCHEME 362) We, New Vision Town Planners and Developers being the authorized agent of the owner of Portion 1 of Erf 801, Pietersburg situated at No. 79 Plein Street, hereby give notice in terms of section 95 (1)(a) of the Polokwane Municipal Planning By-law, 2017, that we have applied to the Polokwane Municipality for the amendment of the Polokwane/Perskebult Town Planning Scheme, 2016, by rezoning the abovementioned property in terms of Section 61 of the Polokwane Municipality Planning By-law, 2017 from “Residential 1” to “Institution”.
