PROVINCIAL NOTICE 222 OF 2022

AMENDMENT OF POLOKWANE/PERSKEBULT TOWNPLANNING SCHEME, 2016
                                                  (AMENDMENT SCHEME 362)

We, New Vision Town Planners and Developers being the authorized agent of the owner of Portion 1 of Erf 801,
               Pietersburg situated at No.  79 Plein Street, hereby give notice in terms of  section 95 (1)(a) of the Polokwane
               Municipal Planning By-law, 2017, that we have applied to the Polokwane Municipality for the amendment of  the
               Polokwane/Perskebult Town  Planning Scheme, 2016, by  rezoning the abovementioned property  in  terms  of
               Section 61 of the Polokwane Municipality Planning By-law, 2017 from “Residential 1” to “Institution”.

               We, New Vision Town Planners and Developers being the authorized agent of the owners of Remainder of Portion
               1 of Erf 916, Pietersburg situated at No. 37 Hoog Street, hereby give notice in terms of section 95 (1)(a) of the
               Polokwane Municipal Planning By-law, 2017, that we have applied  to the Polokwane Municipality for  the
               amendment of  the Polokwane/Perskebult Town Planning Scheme, 2016, by rezoning the  abovementioned
               property from “Residential 1” to “Residential 3” (in terms of Section 61 of the Polokwane Municipality Planning By-
               law, 2017) and simulteneously  Relax the  Density  from 44du/ha to  73du/ha  (in  terms of Section 73 of  the
               Polokwane Municipal Planning By-Law 2017 read together with Clause 32 of the Polokwane/ Perskebult Town
               Planning Scheme, 2016) for the development of 10 dwelling units.

Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Town Planners,
               Second Floor, West Wing, Civic Centre, Landdros Maré Street, Polokwane for a period of 28 days from 15 April
               2022 to 15 May 2022.

Objections to  or representations in respect of the applications must be lodged with or made in writing  within a
               period of 28 days  from   15 April 2022 to  15 May 2022.  to the Manager  : Spatial Planning and  Land Use
               Management at the above address or at P.O. Box 111, Polokwane, 0700.

               Ons, New Vision Stadsbeplanners en Ontwikkelaars synde die gemagtigde agent van die eienaar van Gedeelte 1
               van Erf 801, Pietersburg geleë te Pleinstraat 79, gee hiermee kennis ingevolge artikel 95 (1)(a) van die Polokwane
               Munisipale Beplanning Verordening, 2017, dat ons by die Polokwane Munisipaliteit aansoek gedoen het vir die
               wysiging van die Polokwane/Perskebult Dorpsbeplanningskema, 2016, deur die hersonering van bogenoemde
               eiendom ingevolge Artikel 61  van die Polokwane Munisipaliteit Beplanningsverordening, 2017  vanaf “
               Residensieel 1" na "Spesiaal" vir 'n mediese instansie.

Ons, New Vision Stadsbeplanners en Ontwikkelaars synde die gemagtigde agent van die eienaars van Restant
               van Gedeelte 1 van Erf 916, Pietersburg geleë te Hoogstraat 37, gee hiermee kennis ingevolge artikel 95 (1)(a)
               van die Polokwane Munisipale Beplanningsverordening, 2017, dat ons by die Polokwane Munisipaliteit aansoek
               gedoen het vir die wysiging van die Polokwane/Perskebult Dorpsbeplanningskema, 2016, deur die hersonering
               van bogenoemde eiendom van  “Residensieel 1” na “Residensieel 3” (ingevolge artikel 61 van die Polokwane
               Munisipaliteit Beplanningsverordening, 2017) en  tegelykertyd die Digtheid van 44du/ha tot 73du/ha te verslap
               (ingevolge Artikel 73 van die Polokwane Munisipale Beplanningsverordening 2017 saamgelees met Klousule 32
               van die Polokwane/Perskebult Stadsbeplanningskema, 2016) vir die ontwikkeling van 10 wooneenhede.
