             11,  kennis  ingevolge  Artikel  95(1)(a)  van  die  Polokwane  Munisipale  Beplanningsbywet  2017,  dat  ons
             aansoek  gedoen  het  by  die  Polokwane  Munisipaliteit  vir  die  wysiging  van  die  Polokwane/Perskebult
             11,  kennis  ingevolge  Artikel  95(1)(a)  van  die  Polokwane  Munisipale  Beplanningsbywet  2017,  dat  ons
             Dorpsbeplanningsskema 2016, vir die hersonering van genoemde eiendom, ingevolge Artikel 61 van die
             aansoek  gedoen  het  by  die  Polokwane  Munisipaliteit  vir  die  wysiging  van  die  Polokwane/Perskebult
             Polokwane Munisipale Beplanningsbywet, 2017.
             Dorpsbeplanningsskema 2016, vir die hersonering van genoemde eiendom, ingevolge Artikel 61 van die
             Erf 3363, Pietersburg Uitbreiding 11 is gelee te Kingfisherstraat 24, Faunapark. Die hersonering van die
             Polokwane Munisipale Beplanningsbywet, 2017.
             eiendom  is  vanaf  “Residensieel  1”  na  “Spesiaal”  vir  ‘n  dagkliniek  en  mediese  spreekkamers.  Dit  is  die
             Erf 3363, Pietersburg Uitbreiding 11 is gelee te Kingfisherstraat 24, Faunapark. Die hersonering van die
             voorneme van die aansoeker om ‘n dagkliniek en mediese spreekkamers te vestig, onderworpe aan die
