AMENDMENT OF POLOKWANE/PERSKEBULT TOWN PLANNING SCHEME, 2016

AMENDMENT SCHEME 499: We, Urban Planning and Property Consultants being the authorized agent of the
                    owner of Remainder of Erf 297 Annadale situated at no. 6 Tuli Street, hereby give notice in terms of Section 95(1)(a)
                    of  the Polokwane Municipal  Planning By-Law,  2017,  that  we have applied to Polokwane Municipality for the
                              AMENDMENT OF POLOKWANE/PERSKEBULT TOWN PLANNING SCHEME, 2016
                    amendment of the Polokwane/Perskebult Town Planning Scheme, 2016, by rezoning the abovementioned property
                    from “Residential 1” to “Special” for Habitable Rooms in terms of Section 61 of the Polokwane Municipal Planning
