                                 BUFFALO CITY METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY

LAND USE PLANNING ORDINANCE NO. 15 OF 1985, REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIONS IN
            TERMS OF REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIONS ACT 1967 (ACT 84 OF 1967) SUBDIVISION
            IN TERMS OF SECTION 24 (2) (a), ERF 502 BEACON BAY.

It is hereby notified in terms of the abovementioned Act/Ordinance that the under mentioned
            application(s)  has been  received and  is  open to  inspection at  Room 414/5, 4th Floor,
            Department of Housing and Local  Government  and  Traditional  Affairs,  Eastern  Cape,
            Regional Office, Tyamzashe Building, Civic Square, Bisho and at the Town Planning Enquiry
            Counter, First Floor, City Engineering Centre, 26 Oxford Street, East London on weekdays
            from 08:00 to 13:00.

Any objections, with full reasons  therefore, must  be lodged in writing with  the Acting  City
            Manager, P.O. Box 134, East London not later than 11 December 2015, quoting the above
            Act and the objector’s Erf number.

Nature of Application

1.  Removal of Restrictions,  condition of Title from Deed of Transfer No.  T 004974/2003
                 conditions 3 (a) (b) (c) (d) & D. 1. 2. 3 of Erf 502, Beacon Bay, 24 Blackburn Road.

2.  Subdivision of erf 502 Beacon Bay into 2 Portions & a Remainder
