                                       ERWE 3382 TOT 3385,BRITS UITBREIDING 91
                Hiermee word bekend gemaak dat ingevolge die bepalings van artikel 3(1) van die Wet op Opheffing
                van  Beperkings,  1967 (Wet  No.  84 of 1967) aansoek gedoen is deur  The Town  Planning Hub  cc,
                Silverlakes, vir die opheffing van voorwaardes:
                           1. E(i) to (iii)
                           2. E(i) to (iii)
                           3. E(i) to (iii)
                           4. E(i) to (iii)
                soos vervat in die Akte van Transport T 109984/08, met betrekking tot Erwe 3382 tot 3385 van die
                dorp  Brits  Uitbreiding  91,  vir die  doel om die  voorwaardes wat  die  volle  gebruik van die  huidige
                sonering “Spesiaal” vir winkels, kantore en plekke van verversings” beperk, te verwyder
                Die  aansoek  en  die  betrokke  dokumentasie  is  ter  insae by die  kantoor van die  Adjunk Direkteur:
                Ruimtelike Beplanning, Plaaslike Regering en Behuising, Kantoor 728, 1ste Vloer, Westelike Vleuel,
                Garona  Gebou,  Universiteitsweg,  Mahikeng,  en in  die  kantoor van die  Munisipale  Bestuurder,
                Madibeng Plaaslike Munisipaliteit vir ‘n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 19 Januarie 2016.

                It is hereby notified that application has been made in terms of Section 3(1) of the Removal of
                Restrictions Act, 1967 (Act No. 84 of 1967) by The Town Planning Hub cc, Silverlakes, for the removal
                of restrictive conditions:
                           1. E(i) to (iii)
                           2. E(i) to (iii)
                           3. E(i) to (iii)
                           4. E(i) to (iii)
                as contained in the Deed of Transport T 109984/08 , pertaining to Erven 3382 to 3385, township Brits
                Extension 91, with the purpose to dispose of conditions which restricts the full use of the current
                “Special” for shops, offices and places of refreshment-zoning.
                The application and relative documents are open for inspection at the offices of the Deputy Director:

                Spatial Planning,  Local Government  and  Human Settlements, Office 728,  1   Floor, West Wing,
                Garona  Building, University Drive,  Mahikeng  and  in  the office  of the Municipal Manager,  Madibeng
                Local Municipality, for a period of 28 days, from 19 January 2016.
                Objections  to  the  application  may  be lodged  in  writing with  the Deputy Director:   Spatial Planning,
                Local Government  and  Traditional Affairs at  the above  address or  to  Private  Bag  X1213,
                Potchefstroom 2520  or  to  mvanheerden@nwpg.gov.za  on  or  before  16 February  2016  and shall
                reach this office not later than 14:00 on the said date.
